Regular maintenance will help keep your system running at its best and ensure your warranty stays in tact. We recommend service at least once annually for each system; typically cooling in the Spring and heating in the Fall. - Charging refrigerant
- Fan motor cleaning & inspection
- Coil cleaning
- Blower cleanout
- Cleaning of the air conditioner coils
- Checking all major components and safety devices
- Making sure all electrical connections are sound and components are working properly
- Checking for secure physical connections of individual parts
- Replace filter
diagnostic & repair
Think there might be something wrong with your system? The very first thing you should do is check your filter. Quite often, a dirty filter is the culprit. In Central Oregon especially, we recommend checking your filter and replacing it every 1-3 months. If that doesn't fix the issue, give us a call and one of our experienced technicians will visit your home to diagnose the problem. We can service and repair any brand or type of heating and cooling equipment, including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, humidifiers, air purifiers, thermostats, fireplaces.
If parts are needed and the problem cannot be solved the same day, our friendly office staff will provide you with a price and time estimate to complete the repair.

Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems require proper and regular maintenance in order to work efficiently and last longer, but even in the best case scenarios most components of such systems only last 15 to 25 years. Furnaces on average last 15-20 years, heat pumps 16 years, and air conditioning units 10-15 years.
